This Privacy Policy describes how the Closeout Kit mobile application ("the App", "we", "our") handles your information.

Information We Collect

Closeout Kit is designed to keep your data on your device. The following data stays exclusively on your device and is never transmitted to our servers:

• Bid information (project details, client contact info, line items, payment schedules)
• Company profile (business name, license number, contact info, logo)
• Photos you attach to bids
• PDF documents generated from your bids

Subscription & Payment Information

Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) and managed through RevenueCat, our subscription infrastructure provider. We never see, store, or have access to your payment card details. RevenueCat receives an anonymous identifier to manage your subscription status. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy for details.

Permissions

• Camera: Used only when you choose to photograph a job site directly within a bid.
• Photo Library: Used only when you choose to attach an existing photo to a bid.

We do not access these without your explicit action.

Analytics & Tracking

The App does not include third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or cross-app tracking.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. PDF documents are shared only when you explicitly export and send them yourself.

Your Rights

You can delete all of your data at any time by uninstalling the App. To cancel a Pro subscription, manage it in your Apple ID Subscriptions settings (iOS) or Google Play Subscriptions (Android).

Children

The App is intended for use by professional contractors and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect any changes.
