By downloading or using Closeout Kit ("the App"), you agree to these Terms.
The App offers a Pro subscription billed monthly through your Apple ID or Google Play account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your account settings on the App Store or Play Store.
Refunds are governed by Apple's and Google's standard policies. Please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support for refund requests.
You agree to use the App for lawful business purposes only. You are responsible for the accuracy of bid information you create and for any contracts or agreements you enter into using documents generated by the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for business losses, lost bids, or financial decisions made using the App. PDF documents generated by the App are templates — you are responsible for reviewing them before sending to clients.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms.
